So i decided today to start making Overnight Oats. For those that don’t know it is a recipe from Slimming World and I imagine other places too.
- 40g Porridge Oats
- Fat Free Yogurt
- Fruit – (you can use frozen)
For the beaker i got 2 of these from Morrisons Currently they are £1.00 and are 0.4L in size.
So measure out 40g of the oats make sure they are no added sugar or anything like that. Add the yogurt & fruit put the lid on and shake them up. I know some people like them layered however you may find you get lumps of oats, but try it and see what you prefer.
Put them in the fridge overnight. Doing it with Slimming World you can use the oats as your Healthy Extra B. I used the greek style yoghurt so it is a bit thicker but again it can be any style or even flavoured.
